Testing method:

Rinse the colorimetric tube twice with the water to be tested, and then take a water sample to the mark on the tubeAdd a small glass spoon of chlorine dioxide reagent, shake until the reagent is completely dissolved, let it stand for 3 minutes, and visually compare the color with the standard color chart from top to bottom. The color code that is similar to the color tone of the solution in the tube is the chlorine dioxide content (mg/L) in the water sample to be tested. If observed by single eye color comparison, the effect will be better.

Common interference:

1. PH value. It should be controlled within 5-8.

2. Oxidants: bromine, iodine, aniline, iodoanine, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, chromate, manganese oxide, etc.

3. Reductive agents: Nitrite, etc.

4. If the alkalinity of water exceeds 250mg/l and the acidity exceeds 150mg/l, the measured values will be unstable during the measurement process, and the sample color will disappear or become very light. Adding diluted HCl or NaOH to the sample for neutralization reaction can solve this problem.
